Absolutely amazing and convenient! Neo, the member of the staff who helped us, was phenomenal—walking distance to the Tikal entrance. Also, you can buy tickets sunrise tour at the hotel. My friend and I almost got scammed but we were able to get our money back. I would stay here again. The food was great!

This place is sitting in the middle of a rainforest, without the air conditioner extremely humid in the rooms. There’s no Wi-Fi in the room. Electricity got shut down in the middle of the night. Only two bottle of water provided every day. If you need more, you have to buy from the hotel restaurant, there is no other store nearby I paid around 200 USD per night which is way overpriced.

Our cottage was spacious, clean, and super convenient to the national park at Tikal (walking distance). We ate at the restaurant 2x and the food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend staying at this property if you’re visiting Tikal.
