The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
After turning on Mia Lane, drive till you see the gate with a star on the left (third lot). You'll see a black trash can with a green lid and some signs that say trespassers will be shot.
Daytime check-in: The gate is chained, not locked. Upon arrival you will need to exit your vehicle to open. Please be sure to close it after entering the property. Park in front of either garage door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Disclaimer and Liability Waiver: Enter at your own risk, there are wild animals, honeybees, cactus and snakes. I would recommend bringing boots.
Fly-ins: Please inform me of your arrival by plane. The airstrip is dirt and there is not a hangar yet.
