Péssimo atendimento em todos os turnos de atendimento, banheiro sujo, retiraram o lixo e não colocaram outra sacola no banheiro, espaço cobra estacionamento e se o manobrista não for, você precisa ir andando ao estacionamento, independente do frio ou perigo e os atendentes ainda debocham.

Quarto sujo, fio de luz solto, tomada solta, somente a água quente estava funcionando no chuveiro, a água fria o registro estava sem funcionar. A equipe de atendimento é boa até ali, se questionar algo, o humor muda. Depois das 20:00, não se resolve nada, pois o responsável nao fica, apenas as funcionárias do atendimento. A Internet horrível.

Se considerarmos o preço da diária, o que o hotel propõe de entrega tem um preço justo com o café da manhã bom. Eu não gostei do quarto, pois a cama não era boa e os travesseiros eram ruins. Entrei no quarto e ainda estava com o cheiro forte da limpeza, tive que abrir as janelas para o cheiro sair. Uma outra cois que me incomodou foi o mofo no teto do banheiro, se a pessoa tem algum tipo de alergia, ela pode ter complicações nesse ambiente. Um outro ponto positivo além do café da manhã é que o local é bem central.

Cumpre a função de você tá viajando a trabalho, mas o hotel peça em coisas básicas. Não tive toalha de rosto ou tapete pro banheiro, esqueceram de botar cobertor, o cartão desmagnetizava com frequência e a porta do banheiro estava quebrada. Não me arrependo e iria de novo em caso de viagem a trabalho, mas pra viagem a lazer vale a pena algo melhor

Estadia boa, quarto amplo, cama boa, cafe da manhã muito bom. Funcionarios corteses. Pontos negativos: escada para acesso aos elevadores, sem rampa. Banheiro sem ducha higiênica. Travesseiros muito finos, tive que solicitar mais (fui atendida). Estacionamento fora do local do hotel, necessario esperar o manobrista trazer o carro.

Elevador péssimo, péssimo mesmo, muito ruim. Demora de uns 10 minutos pra chegar um elevador, quando chega está lotado e para em todos os andares. O tempo para descer do quarto até a recepção é de uns 20 minutos. Quarto estava sujo, os metais do banheiro estão muito sujos e enferrujados, descarga do banheiro estava sem o acabamento, pressão alta não conseguindo fazer a descarga dom efetividade. Pouca coberta no quarto, passei muito frio.

Gosto do Hotel Cecomtur pela sua localização, porém é um hotel mais antigo, que está sendo melhorado. Alguns cômodos possuem móveis que precisam de restauração. O café da manhã melhorou muito, principalmente depois que mudaram para o 4º andar. Um problema que vejo na entrada é a questão da acessibilidade. Os elevadores também deixam muito a desejar em determinados horários. A equipe é atenciosa, mas o pessoal da recepção não auxilia os idosos a carregarem suas bagagens na subida da escada.

Tinha parado de me hospedar neste hotel em função da falta de limpeza. Desta vez o quarto estava melhor, porém ainda com a limpeza a desejar. Cabelos pelo chão, vaso sanitário no primeiro dia estava amarelado, não tinha toalha de banho (precisei pedir na recepção) e o chuveiro mau amornava a água. No segundo dia o chuveiro passou a aquecer a água e foram colocadas duas toalhas no quarto. Em relação ao custo benefício é razoável, mas apenas por isso (diária muito mais barata que outros hotéis da região).
