Hotel bem localizado, com vários restaurantes e pelo menos dois mercados que podem ser acessados à pé. Café da manhã simples, mas bom. Estacionamento com boa quantidade de vagas. A equipe de funcionários muito educada e prestativa. Comodidades como sabonete e shampoo insuficientes, no caso do shampoo, não tinha.

O hotel fica proximo as praias da Joaquina e Mole, cerca de 2km. Da pra ir andando. Acredito que por ser uma regiao turistica, os preços das refeições dos bares e restaurantes não são atrativos comparados com o sabor, mas aí é gosto pessoal. No mais a Lagoa é charmosa e tranquila. O hotel lembra uma pousada, é rustico e muito tranquilo, compensa o preço. As camas ficam a desejar, assim como a simplicidade do café da manhã. Nota 10 para o atendimento da equipe e limpeza.

Café da manhã: Ruim. Pouquíssima variedade e é servido muito tarde, das 8h às 10h e mesmo sendo tarde quando começa o período, nem todos os alimentos foram servidos. Funcionários simpáticos. O quarto limpam 1 dia sim e não e trocam a roupa de cama a cada 3 dias, o que é ruim. Estacionamento ok. A estadia não foi ruim, o custo benefício foi até bom, mas se der para pagar um pouco mais, vale a pena se hospedar em outro lugar. Quem precisa sair cedo não pode se hospedar nesse hotel pq o café da manhã é servido muito tarde.

Não. Pessia experiência! Mesmo sendo um hotel com perfil econômico, acredito que o hotel carece de melhorias urgente! Rente a minha cama, não havia cerâmica no chão. Da cortina, caiam farelos de cupim. No silicone aplicado entre a pia e a parede, havia excesso de mofo. Havia mofo também no box da cama. Roupas de cama de péssima qualidade. Até mesmo as cores eram desordenadas. O local que estava meu quarto era completamente escuro a noite no corredor. Em frente a minha porta havia duas camas e uma mesa viradas. Mobiliário antigo. Bem velho. Cheiro de mofo. Cafe da manhã super basico. Havia um gato que andava pelo restaurante onde era servido o café da manhã. Ponto positivo: atendente da cozinha. Fritava ovos pra mim com muito carinho no café da manhã.

A única coisa boa é a localização

Fiquei em um quarto triplo durante o período de três dias. O hotel é bem localizado na Barra da Lagoa, mas esse é o único benefício. Os quartos triplos não são como nas fotos. Quartos com mobilha velha, suja, cama e paredes mofadas. Ar condicionado quebrado e velho que mal funcionava. Banheiros pequenos e velhos com a porta batendo no sanitário. Café da manhã das 8h às 10h, tardíssimo para quem quer curtir a praia cedo e fugir da lotação. Não tem interfone nem serviços sem ter que ir até a recepção solicitar.

Fui bem atendida, tive todas as dúvidas esclarecidas, dicas de locomoção e passeios pela ilha, oferece estacionamento para hóspedes, solicitei troca de quarto e fui atendida, pois o quarto do térreo no final do corredor era escuro e sem luz direta do sol, minha crítica fica aí. O café da manhã pode ser mais variado mas e satisfatório.

Já não foi a primeira vez que me hospedei na pousada. Ela é muito bem localizada, limpa e com bom atendimento. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável, porem o chuveiro eletrico não funciona tão bem. Como não estava muito frio, deu pra aguentar a agua morna/fria, mas se fosse um dia frio, principalmente no inverno, seria bastante desagradável.
