The place was very beautiful and clean, and the service was excellent. The only detail is that the location isn’t well signposted, so it was a bit difficult to find the name of the place. Other than that, it’s a very pleasant place to stay.

Não localizamos nenhum telefone para falar com os responsáveis. O funcionário no local não tinha nenhum tipo de acesso para alterar nossa reserva. As cortinas era um pouco curtas e, dada a quantidade de vidros, o quarto ficava um pouco claro. Fora isso, apartamento super equipado, internet rápida.

La habitación muy limpia, práctica y muy cómoda. El edificio impecable, con muy buenas medidas de seguridad. El personal muy amable y solucionador de problemas. O quarto é bom e confortável, cozinha bem equipada. O horario do check-in, às 16h, é ruim, perde-se muito do dia transitando com as malas pela cidade. Não autorizam esperar o horário de check-in no hall, se você chegar um pouco adiantado. É um ponto muito negativo. Também tentei contato com o chat de noite e não obtive resposta. O sistema de reconhecimento facial é muito bom e fácil de utilizar. O maior defeito mesmo é em relação a questão do check-in

O local esta de parabéns em tudo. Tivemos um impasse e eles buscaram resolver. Os funcionarios sao fantásticos. Muito solicitos e prestativos. Os ambientes têm um cheiro muito bom. Ate perguntei o que usavam. Kkk. Tem de tudo la. Mercado do lado, farmacia tb. Proximo de um shopping, porem para esse nao da para ir a pe. No Azza tem uma lavanderia ,sem custo, inclusive, sala de reuniao, um espaco no terraço para arejar, o estacionamento pratico. Adorei.
