Ótima localização com estrutura renovada

Boa localização e fácil acesso ao centro de Florianópolis. Acomodação confortável e como foi inaugurado recentemente tudo está novo. Dispõe de estacionamento para uso mediante pagamento, mas é preciso fazer reserva via APP ou se houver alguém da Xtay na recepção poderá lhe ajudar. Se precisar de estacionamento na alta temporada isso poderá ser um problema, pois nas imediações não encontrei estacionamento fácil.
