Stayed at the “hotel” for 2 nights in early Aug 2025. Initially we were allocated unit 203. On entering the unit noticed around 20 flies on the curtains. Spent some time hunting them down. After departing and returning a few hours later, even more flies were prominent. Asked for a different room, which we were given. The rooms are filthy, doors have dirt inside and the two rooms we were in had a strong musty smell. Cannot recommend this hotel.

Very limited food or options at free breakfast. Stayed 3 days never saw that pool was open asked management and was told pool guy put chemicals in it and it would be open in an hour never was opened. I know you’ve got the beach close by but sometimes you just want to swim and cool off. Got clean towels each day only emptied trash once. Was an ok choice since most of time was spent not in the room.

Rooms smelled like smoke, sink was falling off the underside of the counter, continuously had to have the keys reprogrammed, toilet seal was broken so the toilet rocked, AC was inefficient so it was hot in the room regardless of temperature setting on the thermostat, had to listen to people running up and down the halls all night. Not at all what I would expect for the prices they were charging (over $200 per night)

I paid for the room twice, but the young man that checked me in was very nice and pleasant. Afterwards, it was poor service and conditions. The room had a musty smell, the linen was dirty, I went to Walmart and purchased linen. The shower water did not flow. The property needs a upgrade and cleaning. At 10am there was a knock at the door saying check out was at 11am. I thought that was very rude since I had another hour before check out. Would never stay there again.

This reservation was for my employee. He had to leave and check into another hotel because the room/hotel condition was so bad, he did not feel safe. There was a stain of a bloody hand print on a chair in his room, with blood still in the crease of the material. The bathroom mirror was cracked and the vanity had a poor repair. It appeared that something bad happened here and the hotel must not realize how bad the image is that they present to guests. Not acceptable at all.

I had it to be pay at property and the hotel took it upon themselves and charged my card anyway before I got there for 1 2nd when we walked into our room there was a big puddle of water which we used one of the white towels to clean it up and then it was completely black so that right there says the room wasn’t cleaned gross the shower door didn’t close all the way the closet stunk like musty body Oder. My husband then went downstairs and there was a sign saying sorry no more room. So, we went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies and I cleaned the room and sanitized it before we unpacked and that’s even the bed it got sprayed with Lysol. The 2 remote controls for the tv one didn’t work and one didn’t have a back and the batteries kept falling out and half worked. The soda vending machine didn’t work at all the snack machine had 2 items in it plain ruffles and honey/peanut butter crackers and 1 washer & 1 dryer outside. Never again will I ever stay at this hotel/motel again the rating I give is 0 out of 5

There weren’t anything good to say about it. There were trash out side the room alcohol bottles and cans, old clothes and shoes from homeless people. The lobby had the smell of molded and the furniture looked and smell as it was found on the street.
