This 3 bedroom 2 ½ bathroom original Folly ranch reflects the modern ease of one story living that provides the most comfortable entertaining atmosphere. Every inch of the home inside and out has been carefully thought out to create a vacation experience that you will never forget. The entire house has been completely remodeled and includes upgraded furniture, bedding, upgraded light fixtures,...high-end everything! The kitchen has new countertops, new appliances, and brand-new bathrooms.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, and private bath. Second bedroom is large with 1 queen size bed 2 single beds and smart tv. Third bedroom has one queen size bed and is also stocked with an array of toys. There is a pack and play, highchair and baby gate available for little ones.

The main living room is open to the kitchen with various seating including kitchen island bar stools to provide a great gathering area.

The great room is ready to entertain with pool table, full size dining table with chairs for 8 people, and 65inch smart tv. It also has a 70 inch floating electric fireplace that provides heat and ambiance. The room opens up with 16ft wide glass doors bringing the indoor and breathtaking outdoor living experience to the entire family. In the evenings you will find yourself siting with your feet in the sand at the natural gas fire pit overlooking the pool and cabana.

This vacation home is filled with the conveniences of home but the luxuries of a five star resort. Every room has a smart tv equipped with amazon fire sticks. The home is fully stocked with cooking supplies, linens, bathroom essentials, cleaning products, and plenty charging ports for your devices. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and a beach cart, we just ask you treat them and return them as your own.


The pool can be heated upon request for $55 per day plus tax
3 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. An additional pool heat fee of USD 55 per day must be paid prior to check-in.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a $79.00 damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

LOVE this spot

This is our second time staying here and once again we couldn’t be happier. Allison is an amazing host and the home is beautiful. It’s close enough to downtown that you can walk or bike but it’s far enough off of Main Street that it’s quiet and relaxing. Family Getaway

Our family has been coming to Folly Beach for several years now and I have to say this year’s stay was our best ever. We had an amazing time at this Folly Beach house! The spacious layout was perfect for our family, and we were thrilled to find everything we needed and more, including baby supplies that made our stay so convenient. The pool was a highlight for us, providing a refreshing retreat after a day at the beach. We loved the outdoor grilling area, which made for wonderful family cookouts. Evenings by the fireplace were the perfect way to unwind after our adventures. The location was ideal—close to the beach but still private enough for relaxation. Our New Favorite Family Getaway!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home just a short walk from the beach! First off Allison was AMAZING and so kind throughout the entire process. The house was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The highlight for us was the amazing pool—perfect for creating more memories and fun after a day at the beach and for spending lazy afternoons with the family. The location couldn’t be better, with shops, restaurants, and the ocean all nearby. This has become our new favorite family spot, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Great place for families with kids

We really enjoyed our time at this property and it is a great place for kids. The property has a high chair and Pack 'N Play for small children. It also had a variety of toys for both small toddlers and bigger kids. The beds were very comfortable as well and the house was overall very clean. Then on the outside, the pool and covered patio area are very nice. The pool is great for a variety of ages, we especially like the small landing area for little children to play. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Overall we had a great stay.

Awesome property. Great location. Great property. You need nothing. Like being at home. Close to town and close to beach. We enjoyed the pool everyday and pool with the firepit every evening. We walked to Folly for several meals and the local coffee. A 2 block walk to the beach was nice to see the sunrise and tides come in. The host was easy to communicate with and close if you have issues.

Amazing with all kinds of extra touches!

This property exceeded our expectations, as the owners go the extra mile in all aspects. You don't have to bring a thing with you except your clothes. They have an abundant supply of beach items, all kinds of Household, kitchen, and bathroom essentials. It felt as though it was a full-time home. The pool and outdoor kitchen are absolutely amazing and we ate most of our meals out there. The Public beach access is about a two (short side) block walk, and the town center is about a five (long side) block walk. The owner was very attentive to a small problem we had within AC unit in the rec room and went above and beyond to come over and ensure it was working the same day. I have rented many places, and this was the best, in terms of being better than advertised, and having everything we needed at our fingertips.

The perfect house for our family

This was our first time in Folly Beach and we were so fortunate to find this house! It was in a quiet neighborhood just a 3-4 minute walk to the beach and the pool was a hit with our kids.
