Mariners Cay is a gated community on the north bank of the Folly River, with riverfront grounds that include a fantastic outdoor pool, a sundeck, grills, tennis courts, and a clubhouse. You'll be less than a mile from Folly Beach (with complimentary beach chairs in the locked outdoor closet provided for your use), and even closer to Center Street's cute restaurants, bars, and shops. Downtown Charleston, with its rich history and renowned dining scene, is 11 miles north.
Step inside to find a living space full of recent upgrades, including a renovated kitchen, remodeled bathrooms and porches, porcelain plank flooring throughout, and an antibacterial HVAC system.
