Welcome to your Home Away From Home. Beautiful townhouse nestled in a peaceful Forest VA neighborhood, you will enjoy access to restaurants and many other local attractions. Our property is less than 15 mins from World Class Disc Golf @ New London Tech Park, Liberty University and Cedar Oaks Farm Wedding Venue. Be sure to check out the many opportunities for hiking, mt. biking and even skiing at the famous Snowflex. We are sure you will enjoy the many outdoor activities as well as all of our modern amenities. Your Home Away From Home is the perfect way to visit Lynchburg. Bring a furry friend if you like, and experience comfort and convenience like never before!

Built in 2015, this property offers a spacious living room and kitchen area with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Plenty of space to prepare for any big event.

Easy access to Liberty University and University of Lynchburg. This property in an upscale neighborhood is convenient anywhere in the Lynchburg area.

Short term and Extended stays are welcome.

KITCHEN: Spacious kitchen, with granite countertops, large Samsung stainless steel refrigerator, oven, stovetop range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, Ninja, waffle maker, pots, pans, silverware, various utensils, dishware, additional empty pantry.

DINING: Dining room table and chairs.

LIVING ROOM: Couch, Love seat, Accent Chair, Smart TV with streaming apps. Workspace with HP Envy Pro printer and ultra-fast high speed internet.

HALF BATHROOM: 1st floor - Sink, toilet, full linens, soap essentials.

MASTER BEDROOM: Queen bed, dresser, closet, full length mirror, lamp with phone charging capability, luggage rack and private bathroom.

MASTER BATHROOM: Sink, vanity with granite countertop, toilet, tub/shower combo, fully stocked body wash, shampoo & conditioner dispenser, full linens, essentials.

BEDROOM 2: Full bed, dresser, closet, full length mirror, lamp, phone charging capability and luggage rack.

BATHROOM 2: Sink, vanity with granite countertop, toilet, tub/shower combo, fully stocked body wash, shampoo & conditioner dispenser, full linens, essentials.

BEDROOM 2: Two twin beds, closet, lamp.

LONG TERM / EXTENDED STAYS: We can offer a monthly flat rate of $3,000 plus fees. Please contact us if you are interested in that rate.

EXTERIOR: Free parking (two spaces) in front of property. Easy access to entry.

CHECK IN: Guests check in at their own convenience anytime after 4pm with a personalized code.

Ryan was very responsive but I had to cancel the third night I had originally booked. He refunded my money but I received a not so nice message about putting him in a different position by not being able to rent the unit! I didn’t understand because that left it available for Friday and Saturday which last I looked it was booked.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute and cozy townhouse! The home itself was incredibly welcoming and nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that made it easy to relax. Beds were comfortable, and the house was clean as well.The location is unbeatable for convenience. We were just a short drive away from plenty of great restaurants, gas stations, and supermarkets, which made running errands or grabbing a bite to eat effortless. For those who enjoy the outdoors, having the Thomas Jefferson Forest nearby was a huge plus—it's a beautiful spot for a walk or some fresh air.If you’re looking for a comfortable "home base" that balances a tranquil atmosphere with easy access to local entertainment and essentials, I highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay here again!

I never like staying anywhere except my very own house and I always bring cleaning and sanitizing products. I can honestly say that this place far exceeded anything I could have ever imagined. I didn't need to do a thing. It was just like being home. Everything you can imagine was provided for and more. The minute we walked in the fragrance was clean and inviting. I know you will feel the exact same way.

This is our second time staying here. We love how quiet it is! It’s in a nice location—not too far away from the shops, restaurants, and LU campus to visit our daughter. Everything was clean, towels fluffy, beds comfy. The water and snacks were a nice touch! Nice appliances in the kitchen. Love the lights that turn on with motion on steps and near coffee maker! The only thing we couldn’t find was pot holders. We used dish towels which worked fine though. We will likely be staying here again in the future. Thank you!!

Okay, we'll keep this review simple. The plusses: check in and check out was simple. Enough space for 5 adults comfortably. At first glance, everything looked clean and in order. Necessary kitchen supplies were available from pans to measuring cups to a can opener.The minuses: Details matter. We attempted to use the washing machine and poured the provided detergent. It was clumpy and moldy. This led to our pulling out the soap tray and we saw black mold everywhere. We ran a clean cycle but it didn't make a difference. In the kitchen, I spilled some water and needed to pick up the floor mat to dry up. Beneath the mat was lots of pet hair. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was dirty underneath. The ironing board cover was very dirty and the rugs in the bedroom were old and worn. I like this place overall, but details matter.

This property had absolutely everything you could ever need. Example, I forgot my phone charger and they had many in the house so I didn't have to go buy one. They provided coffee and water. I was all set! It was quiet, clean and perfect. FANTASTIC host. Definitely recommend.

We felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. Traveling 9 hours with a small dog and needed home away from home comfort. The layout and decor were nice. We made Easter dinner and my husband was able to work from home. The beds were comfortable.We will most likely try to stay here again

Great Home Away from Home!

Excellent communication with the owner, the home was very clean and they thought of every amenity to make this a true “home away fromhome”. This townhome is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. My husband enjoyed running the neighborhood in the mornings. The location is great. We were visiting our kids at LU. The drive back and forth was about 15-20 min, with plenty of restaurants and stores along the way. We would love to stay here again in the future if possible.

Property was clean, neat, and roomy. Had exactly what we were looking for. We visited family and their condo was less than half a mile away. Had to cut trip short due to weather but would return to this property. Ryan was very responsive.

Definitely a home away from home

My family of 4 plus one friend were staying at this property while attending CFAW at Liberty University. It was the perfect place for our stay, with plenty of room for the five of us and with lots of little details thoughtfully provided which were helpful such as wireless phone charging stations, snacks, coffee pods, bottled waters, nice bath towels and plenty of hooks to hang them on, motion nightlights, etc. Too many to list them all! Beds were also comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great and clean and comfortable space

Property seemed much bigger and nicer than even the pictures showed. Great experience with the entire booking, the hosts even left small little goodies in the kitchen for us. Great overall experience The only even remotely negative aspect is the 2 parking spot’s numbers are so faded it was hard to know which spots were ours, but this seems like a complex issue and not a hosted issue
