Two king-size bedrooms villa with pool and sea view
Just steps from the beach, this stunning villa in Forio d'Ischia features a spacious terrace and a private garden with infinity pool and breathtaking sunset views. Bright interiors with a fresh Mediterranean style include two double bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, and two bathrooms with showers. With private parking and a prime location, it's perfect for exploring the sea and historic center on foot. A true haven of relaxation and beauty.
The Villa is composed of an entrance with large living room and kitchen, where there is a comfortable bed sofa as well. Then there is a floor which gives access to two large double bedrooms, each of them with a private bathroom with shower. Both the bedrooms give access to a beautiful patio which looks the ocean, followed by a big exclusive garden. The garden is fenced so it is possible for our guest to leave their dogs free. The Villa has free parking next to it.
We'd like to point out that the gym right next door has free access for the villa's guests.
Among the many services that we offer there are:
• Front office and concierge on property
• Daily housekeeping (under extra charge)
• Cooking classes and local home restaurant (on request)
• Complimentary 600 square metres full equipped gym
The villas are located only 3 minutes away from the sand beach where there is a beach club (which does not belong to us) and there are 15 minutes away from the Forio city centre always walking distance along the sea front.
