Beautiful lakefront house w very private setting. Waterfront w dock Copeland pond is a very serene, private & non motorized. Fantastic for kayaking, swimming and fishing.Boats including. 4 spacious bdrms(2 mstr bdrms w/own bthrms) Huge screened in porch overlooking lake. Within 10miles of Lake George. @checkin sales tax(7%) & occup tax(4%)billed due to platform doesn't collect it at time of booking.
Pingpong and pooltable downstairs for fun family time. Kayaks, row boat &paddle boards. No parties
