SMOKING:
All of our units are completely non-smoking!!!! This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana and/or vaping! We do not permit smoking in or around the property grounds. If you wish to smoke you will have to exit the property and do so with a minimum distance of 20 feet to any entrance, exit, or operable windows. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $250 or the maximum allowed by Airbnb. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely.

PARTIES:
This is a residential property so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your home. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property at all times. Parties and loud noise are strictly prohibited. VIOLATION OF THIS RULE MAY RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR STAY WITHOUT REFUND AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM FINE OF $500 OR THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED BY AIRBNB.

NOISE AND SMOKE SENSORS:
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is equipped with a Minut device. The Minut device monitors noise levels and smoke but does not record audio or video. This device helps ensure that noise levels remain respectful of neighbors and detects any signs of smoke.

Please be mindful of noise levels, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., and avoid any smoking in the property.

GARBAGE:
Garbage Bins are located outside the house, by the driveway. Black bin is for general garbage, blue bin is for recycling.
Garbage Schedule: Mondays and Thursdays. Please place the bins at the curb the night before (Sunday Night - Wednesday Night)
Place trash bin at the curb with the wheels facing the house and the lid opening into the street.
Recycling: Mondays.
