I reserved a room for 2 double beds and balcony because i had 3 people staying in one room. When we checked in the hotel was oversold with zero available rooms and had us in a one king bed room. Due to be oversold they were unbale to move us. We asked for a roll away bed (they didn't have any). We asked for extra blankets to make a bed on the hardwood floor, it took 4 hours and 3 requests to receive the extra blankets. The front desk then offered us a late checkout of 1pm. The next day we kept getting knocks on the door by housekeeping, each time we told them we had a late checkout. At noon, we received a call from the front desk telling us if we weren't out of the room in 15 minutes we would be charged $100. We let her know that due to the room fiasco the night before we were given a late check out. She said that is NOT True, i checked you in and did not authorize a late check out. When we came downstairs, she realized she did not check us in, still no apology, she said the person here last night was not authorized to offer you a late check out. In the end we paid $600 for a room that we did not receive, no late checkout, no offer of compensation, definitely not a good start to our vacation.

Close to HRC…Shuttle to HRC…G7…staff friendliness…modern facilities… breakfast buffet Highly recommend you install a safety bar in the shower (room #411 did not have any), slippery floor, as you will avoid unnecessary headaches (legal and otherwise) in the future

Don’t say pros and cons, pros beautiful beds, towels, bathrooms pillows, but you have to ask for the good pillows. Conn‘s location. It’s across the street from the hard rock casino so it’s thumping and loud all night long till 3 AM. Don’t stay there unless you’re planning on partying, it’s a party hotel. It’s very nice, but it is a loud I believe that they put people over there for free from the hard rock casino so yes, it’s a party hotel. The food breakfast is not great, but it is very inexpensive and it does the job about the staff. I would have to say the car park associates are great, but the front desk isn’t so great. I found them to be difficult not very happy which makes for a complicated stay at $695 a night. Let me say this I left there and spent two more nights at the airport hotel of Sheraton Inn and I slept better than I have all week. When I stay there again, probably not. I’m not a gambler and I don’t like to stay up late so no it’s not for me, but it is for a lot of people and people seem to be having a good time coming and going and partying all night so if you like to party head on over

Location was not easy to find, property was nice and was never able to get at the roof top G7, super busy and gets used a lot for locals dinning. Loud music until the early morning hours if you are close to the top floor. Parking attendants was very nice. Room was not ready on arrival and was s till a little dirty when arrived in the room. Great location for the hard rock if they are fully booked.

I liked this hotel and enjoyed the ability to walk across the street to Seminole Hard Rock. The hotel is attractive and easy to access. Bit of a weird location being tucked behind a McDonalds, but once you are out on the street it’s easy to walk or drive. The breakfast is nice, omelets and more offered. The room was comfortable and clean. On the 4th floor I was able to hear the bass notes from the rooftop, but it did not bother me.

Great property if you are going to Hard Rock. Directly the street, which is busy, but they have a shuttle. Our driver was great! On the downside, they have a rooftop bar which was thumping, literally, until very late. So if you’re going for the nightlife and partying it won’t bother you. Our first clue that there could be an issue was the earplugs left for us in the room! Didn’t get much sleep, however the property is stunning and the staff are wonderful.
