Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I had requested Lilly towels and the first thing she said was no towels and then she said she was going to check like she didn’t want to work. Then for breakfast there was no coffee and they forgot to put the muffins. There were several people waiting for them.

Concrete mattress

The overall aesthetic of the hotel was ok on the inside. It was clean staff was freely and helpful. It was the beds and AC that were the issue. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a concrete slab to go along with a paper thin pillow. The AC felt like it was blowing cigarette fems inside. A lot coughing and dry eyes. Location was excellent. Lots of restaurants and Mall next door

Our room was not very clean (the receptionist explained that they only clean the rooms every 14 days apart from changing the sheets and cleaning the bathroom after a check out). One evening when I got back to the hotel, the door to our room stood open, the front desk could not give any explanation for that. There were various other questionable incidences as well. I would not recommend staying here.

It was good fortwo nights stayclean very accessible and service was good. The studio room was good. There's a shopping center across the street and there's a lot of different stores. We went and bought snacks and drinks filled uprefrigerator used to microwave and the stove up.

Kori was very friendly and helpful. I liked the full size fridge and kitchenette. However the toilet wasn't working in the night and there was no maintenance staff on site to fix it but we were able to move to another room which was good.
