We stayed for 4 days, everything was good, its nice area to walk to the beach and to the park, and we had a good view of the beach.The only thing thats negative is that the laundry is up at night,which makes too much noise which makes it difficult to sleep, and also the rooms need an update to make it more modern.Thank you for everything, we enjoyed our stay.

Spoke to The office about needing help Was told maintenance would be right up never happened. I would not recommend the hotel the somebody that I did not like horrible experience.

Unfortunately, the room I saw on the site didn’t match the room I received. The kitchen was bigger in the picture I was shown while booking the room. The room service was not great as I had to go to housekeeping to get new bedsheets myself. The television reception was very poor, kept loosing the stream, picture kept freezing up, very upsetting. Distance to the beach and the view of the beach was great. Staff was great, especially the bartenders. Not sure if I would consider coming back.

We absolutely loved the Fort Lauderdale beach resort. Especially for a weekend festival with the space of the room, the kitchen to cook. Walking distance to coffee shops, food, and a rooftop bar. Would definitely stay again.

The reservation and check-in process went well. I did not receive the email with check-in directions as they state will be sent prior to check-in. However, did not encounter any issues when arriving at the property. Having parking on-site and included in the cost is HUGE as in Ft. Lauderdale everyone adds or charges in addition for parking. Very walkable and close in proximity to both food and activities. The only small, but not an issue as they do not allow for any late check-outs on weekend days and they consider Friday the weekend.

I would have rather NOT HAVE GONE WITH THESE CONDITIONS.. I managed due to friends staying at The Sonesta next store and used their pool.. The room, bed , smell, ( they don’t clean rooms Friday- Sunday also no clean towels) GROSS!!! .. the worst ever! Thankful my friend came and stayed next door!! Or ELSE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A DISASTER!

We stayed at the Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort for a 4-day family vacation while attending a nearby soccer camp, and overall, we had a great time. The location is fantastic—just steps from the beach—and the place has a comfortable, family-friendly vibe. The kitchen in our unit was very nice and well-equipped, which made it easy to prep quick meals between soccer sessions. However, the mattresses definitely need an update—they weren’t the most comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The game room could use some attention. Not only could it benefit from a refresh, but having better availability or more posted hours would’ve made it easier for the kids to enjoy. It would also be great if the resort offered some kind of beach gear checkout or rental—like chairs, umbrellas, or coolers—especially for families flying in without those items. Overall, a solid spot in a great location. With a few upgrades and added conveniences, this place could really shine for active families like ours.
