The location cannot be beat. Extremely walkable neighborhood. Cross the street to the state park for kayaking, canoeing or bike rentals. (But don't forget your DEET!)

The property was a little run down. I didn't get the room that was advertised. The pool was closed. The beach wasn't walkable cause it sank in and you had to walk on an incline. I was surprised how warm the ocean was, not refreshing at the end of May?

While staying at the resort, I had two incidences with bugs being in my room. There were baby roaches in on of the bathrooms and the kitchen. Definitely not something I was expecting to see during my stay. Please exterminate.

We had great views and I liked that it was more than a 1 room hotel room. The building has a lot of potential but feels very dated and there is a lot that could be improved on in the interior to make it so much nicer than it is. It was fine - no major issues, but probably wouldn't stay here again. Also, I didn't realize the pool was going to be closed during our stay (for deck renovations). Beach isn't hard to get to - but pool would've been a nice option.

Close to beach. Very busy and only one elevator working made for long waiting when you are on a high floor. Views from either side of the building were beautiful. Lots of room in the condos.

I loved our room with an ocean view. As a former resident of Ft. Lauderdale, THIS is the location where I wanted to be- it is perfect for walking to the beach and having access to the event that was taking place that weekend on the beach. The amenities were run down- nice concept to have a game room for the family, but some of the games were broken. The hot tub was out of order, but the pool was fine. I love the nostalgia of this property, and the parking. If they just fix up the game/family room area, it would be great.

It has excellent ocean view from the bedroom and the balcony. The best thing is as the ocean view rooms are facing East, you can sit in the balcony starting 11 AM all the way thro dark. Excellent view. Quite area, and has some good dining options in walkable distance. Staff were very nice. Overall we loved our 5 days stay.

One block from beach, old, frumpy and the place smelled bad. Our ocean view room was blocked by trees and the faucets all screamed when you turned them on. Look elsewhere.

Nobody ever came to clean for a whole week. The floor was very dirty and stayed that way for the whole stay. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms of the 2 bedroom room ( floor PH ) had a ticking noise and we could not sleep.
