I did not like the sound of the stair door leading to outside. I was making noise when people went to the door and slam the door. I was staying in room 1101, right next to the stair door. During the night, after 10 pm guests where using that door often and i hear it close in my room.

This was a last-minute booking and I have to say the staff and the location as a whole were incredibly accommodating. The customer service was top-notch.

Property is showing its age. Our room had a small balcony with trash in the corners & hadn't been swept. Curtains had greadr on both of the panels. Paint chips from the air vent were on the carpet, hadn't been vacuu. A bathroom tile had a piece broken causing a hole that a high heel could get stuck on. Complimentary coffee, tea & a pitcher of ice water would have a nice welcome after a long drive.

My stay was quite disappointing, thankfully it was only 2 nights. While the staff was friendly, the hotel is in need of renovations. The room cleanliness was a concern, with moldy bathroom tiles and a clogged bathtub that filled with dirty water on my first night. Instead of moving me (as I requested), they sent maintenance, who pulled out a full head of hair from the drain. Additionally, there were random stains throughout the room, and the carpet looked musty with stains and burn marks. Overall, my stay did not meet the expectations I have for a Marriott property.
