It’s a nice place for the money. But I after my stay. I would have paid more for a better hotel. The people coming in and out were noisy and inconsiderate of others sleeping. Not really the properties fault. Just the area is not a nice area and I didn’t feel safe to walk around the area outside the hotel.

The property is in a good location not far from ft Lauderdale beach. Our experience was not great. We went to check in around 4 and were greeted by a friendly lady. She told us the room was not ready and we were in a hurry to be somewhere and she didnt know when it would be clean so she said we could put our luggage im a amoking room until the room was ready later that night. She said to check back when we got back. We came back later and we were told by different staff there was no rooms available. She said to talk to the manager Janae? About a refund/discount for the first night since we reserved a non smoking room and had to sleep in a smoking room that was dirty...no towels..and one the bed springs was broke. It smelled abosolutely horrid. The next day i tried several times to talk to the manager and have my number a noone ever called orreached out. Mind you the front desk was friendly the whole time but the managers were not. Our last night i was told that the manager i was supposed to talk to was gone and another was not coming until 11 pm that night. Well we had an early flight so i wasnt waiting. In the mean time they charges my card full price right away. No discount and no refund for the first night. Absolutely awful that managers hide from guests and make their staff tell customers they will get a refund and then they dont follow through. The only thing good about this hotel was that it was 10 minutes from the beach that was beautiful. And the workers were friendly

It is a budget friendly accommodation and fairly accessible to malls and dining. The morning breakfast that was included in booking was not good, very limited variety, basically dry bread. Also, the carpeting in the room was stained and very unpleasant looking.

I do not recommend this hotel. The room smelled to humidity and cigarette. The bed mattress succumbs to your weigh. The pillows were flimsy. Our room carpet had a sticky spot as if a drink was spilled over. The bathtub had dirty feet spots. The overall aspect of the room was used and old. The lobby closes doors at 10pm. Could there be security concerns at night?
