This property is on need of upgrade and daily maintenance. Room carpet is dirty. Walking aroubd in socks ruined with carpet dirt. Elevator slow and door hesitant opening. This is not the LA Quinta standard thst i expected.

Great place for the price

The check in process was very unique with a kiosk with a live video of an agent. Very responsive and real time conversations. When issues arose, an actual agent on the premises came to our assistance. The room was good and clean and comfortable. What ever short coming the room had were quickly rectified but the staff. The staff was very helpful and accessible. Location was very good. Close to sawgrass mall which was our prime reason for this trip. Easy to find and central to a lot of places. Check out was a breeze and I would definitely come back for another trip.

Avoid this property unless you like filth

This property is so run down and dirty that it felt gross to be there. The entire hotel, except the rooms, felt warm and stagnant. There’s only one elevator in the building and was coated in grime, also it felt like it was about to break every time we stepped on it. I used the stairs except when I had to use the luggage cart to bring our things up and down from the room. The room itself had good air conditioning but that was the absolute only positive about it. The fact this was labeled as a suite was utterly false advertising. No kitchen, just a very small mini fridge with the smallest microwave I’ve ever seen. No sink or counter space, you used the sink that was shared from the bathroom. The bathroom was filthy and had hairs on top of the towels you were supposed to use, which I didn’t use. The tub was either very dirty or so stained I was afraid to use it. The lighting/fan fixture in the ceiling was falling out and had more dust on it than the Haunted Mansion at Disney. The corners of the floor were covered in dirt. The twin beds were lumpy and awful. The sofa near the front of the room had a massive stain on it and the cushions were in terrible shape. Furniture in the room was literally rusty. The wall paper in the hallways was peeling from the walls and the floors were so dirty. There was a bad smell in the hotel as well. I’m so glad we only had a one night stay so I didn’t use the shower and just waited until I got home to do so. Stay away from here at all costs.

Location good. Overall Maintenance is bad. Our rooms were not in good shape. Holes in the walls. Torn fabric on the sofas. Dirty air vents. Impersomal check in.

The property is falling apart the first room the showerhead fell off the carpets. My shoes were sticking to the carpet. It’s disgusting the second room. Everything was falling apart, door, knobs, bed bedding I felt like I needed to sleep with a sleeping plastic bag around my body. I was quite gross.
