Worn out ,moldy facility

Disappointing visit. Facility was dirty, outdated. Smelled of bleach and cleaner. Dirty rugs, stained and dated, worn out. Mold in multiple parts, smelled moldy. The whole facility needs to be overhauled, as the problems are widespread.

See previous review that was given. Room was very dirty (left socks black) found previous visitors garbage, hair in the bed, in the shower. Nobody behind the front desk , ( automated check in/out) not many workers on site. Looked like the carpets hadn’t been clean in a loooong time. Would not recommend.

Pool was advertised as open, it was closed. Nobody ever at the front desk (automated check in check out) rooms were dirty (carpet left socks black) hair in the bed, hair in the shower, pull out bed was unusable (dirty) found previous visitors garbage in bed the room. Gum on the carpet in the corner of the room. Very few workers on site, and they weren't very helpful. The photos on expedia are great, the actual site is not. For the price that was paid, we expected more. Would not recommend.

The first room we were offered the carpet was filthy. We asked for a change and got a room with a newer carpet. The place needs to be updated and painted. Carpet in common areas need to be replaced as they have passed their time. The linens on the bed could be better quality as they were very course. The hotel is in in a desirable location and close to amenities; however, it needs repair

Terrible rooms for $200 plus

First off you have to deal via machine to check-in and out 2 thing they gave us a room with roaches in it they changed our room then we had dirty and stained sheets and cover blanket i wont be coming back here

El sillon y alfombra tenian mas suciedad impregnada que piso de baño publico. Lo tuvimos que cubrir con sabanas. No habia atencion fisica de humanos (si humanos) solo una pantalla donde uno debia hacer las consultas a otro ser humano en India. Es decir si sucedia un imprevisto dependias de un empleado mal pago en otro continente que ni conocia el pais.

First is the check in, its a quiosk, there are no clerks at a desk, no employee to check you in. Inside the building is dirty, worn out smelly of old carpet, also hallways are dirty not vacuum daily. Room is badly worn out, furniture, carpet, bathtub is extremely stained where you stand to shower, discusting, we had to wear shower sandals. This the worst place I've ever stayed, there are better 3rd world hotels than this location. Just coming in from a long drive and to have to check in using a computer screen and speaking to someone who I cannot understand is bad, no customer service what so ever, I will never return to this place ever again. Sincerely Henry Quintana.

Recently stayed at this property but initially pulled up to the property directly across the street which was MUCH nicer! This property needs much improvement and should revert to having inperson check in provisions to avoid long waits to the electronic kiosk. Super limited breakfast options, rooms were dated and some of the fixtures had rusting on them. Some of the bedding was stained and the closet “door” was a curtain!! Thankfully it was only a 2 night stay.
