The Apartment
This lovely studio apartment is roughly 300 SQ FT but it has been intelligently designed and utilized to satisfy all of our guest's needs. The hotel-style unit has been equipped with two top-of-the-line comfortable queen-size beds, and a TV with cable to put your feet up and unwind. There is a dining table that seats 2 to enjoy some leftovers, coffee, or whatever you can whip up in our kitchenette. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you in touch with your loved ones and The kitchenette will allow you to cook and heat up some basic meals or the morning coffee.

The Courtyard and building
Our apartments are located in a multi-family building that is all rented to lovely guests such as yourself. The building is quaint with lots of character. The open courtyard features a lovely heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs and seating areas to enjoy South Florida's perfect weather. Along the courtyard, you will find communal grills to bring the inner chef out. The property also has parking surrounding it for easy in and out.

Our property is located in the beautiful and quiet Pompano Beach only a block away from its sandy beaches. Within walking distance, you will find groceries, shopping, and lovely restaurants and bars to spend some time

Great spot for a short vaca! We live an hour away but needed a staycation. The beach is 2 min walk east! This place has everything a boutique small spot could need. Room was clean and tidy. Came with basic dishes and utensils, hot plate, microwave and mini fridge/freezer. Parking was first come first serve. Around the building. Seaside Market is a short 5 minute walk. They have deli subs/wraps/etc as well as snacks, beer/wine, beach stuff! So worth it! The ONLY downside was there is no front desk/reception so any issues required contacting via cellphone/email. But we didnt have any so that point is moot.
