We had a wonderful stay. Our flight to Fort Lauderdale was so late but Emanuel welcomed us and even cooked something to eat for us at midnight. At breakfast he provided fruit smoothies and fresh coffee. The following day he drove us to the supermarket to enable us to purchase some supplies. Emanuel went above and beyond his duties as a host. The accommodation was clean, bed was comfortable and the pool was the icing on the cake. It was so nice to relax by the pool and take a refreshing dip. We would highly recommend staying here and would not hesitate in returning here again. Thank you Emanuel

This was the perfect stay for us, clean and centrally located. He let our dog stay with us which was a huge relief off our shoulders being a long holiday weekend. Manny, the host, was so kind and served us fresh coffee, smoothies and pastry for breakfast, he is so kind. Would definitely stay again.

Tbh…

The stay was ok. To be honest we didn’t know the host was going to be there... No where in the listing did it state that. It’s also not a whole house... It’s a room & bathroom on the side of the house with a shared kitchen and a not so private pool. There was stuff in the fridge so we couldn’t really buy anything to make and store it…The owner/ host was kind.

Relaxing happy place

Absolutely relaxing! Very quiet which is nice when you want to get away. Sat by the pool by ourselves and our dog. Soaking up the Sun!!! Owner of the home is a very gracious host! Even treated us to espressos that were lovely! Loved every minute of it! Was sad to leave.

Relaxing and Wonderful

To start off, the communication was excellent for my arrival and questions! When I arrived I was greeted with kindness and excitement! The room was wonderful, loved the colors of the room and the bed was very comfortable! My favorite part of course was the pool, the first thing I did after I arrived was sit out at the pool and enjoy the sunshine! The water temperature was just right! Another favorite thing was having coffee waiting for me when I woke up in the mornings, it was a nice treat. Getting in and out of the location was very easy and felt very secure! If you’re looking to enjoy a night out in Wilton Manors, it’s a quick 15 minute walk! Lots of great bars and restaurants there as well! I really look forward to coming back again!

Warm up from the cold north!

We needed a few days to warm up from the fridget north. This was the perfect setting to do this. We were able to sit by the pool, soak up the sun and read. It was an easy walk and/or drive to everything we wanted. Manny was the perfect host!

Great Stay

Very nice accommodations. Private entrance. Screened lanai overlooking a wonderful pool.Emanuel was a super host! Coffee made for us every morning. Refrigerator stocked with water and soft drinks. Close to Wilton Manors and downtown!

Welcoming property

We rented from Manny who was an excellent host. We had coffee every morning along with a treat and was very available for anything we needed. The premises were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely stay with Manny again when we are in town.

Great host

Emmanuel was a great host and very hospitable. He made sure everything we could need was available. The room is a bit small but that was all we needed. The pool area is gorgeous! The location seems to be a bit hoodish, but you wouldn’t know when sitting by the pool! Highly recommend.

You couldn't ask for a better getaway in the center of Fort Lauderdale. The place is clean, comfortable and close to everything. Not to mention it has a pool! Emanuele is a top-notch host. Amazing Studio! Great Location! Hidden Gem!

The property over all is beautiful! The host is amazing! Very great host,went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The pool is lovely! Nice kitchen that even had drinks available. Neighborhood was very quiet. The property has security cameras all over for your safety! This is an attached property shared with the homeowner, however you have your own private entrance and gate to enter the property! There is parking in the driveway which is secure as well! Plenty of lighting throughout the property! This studio is close to everything! Very close to the beaches. I was visiting a friend that lives their and they even stated hands down this was one of the best rentals they have seen thus far in the area. I did have a little trouble at times with the wifi on the television but I was not there to watch television so it was okay. This is a hidden gem and whenever I visit again. This is where I will hope to stay.

The pictures match the description in the listing. Emanuele was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. There is a private entrance to get into the place along with a nice relaxing area for the pool and kitchen area. It's very close to downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Beach and Las Olas Blvd. Everything was very clean and as expected. He also has great ideas if you are visiting Italy!! Highly recommend.

Lovely studio

The studio off the pool and screened-in lanai was perfect for our short stay. Very clean and well kept and a 5 minute drive to restaurants and nightlife in Wilton Manors. Emanuele is a gracious host.
