There is parking in the back if the front spots are taken. Also there could pitentially he a case of bed bugs in unit 10 as my wife was getting more and more bites that were very consistent of bed bugs. Definitely something to think about. Itherwise it was spacious and in an amazing location. Was a good place for the value and location.

There was an exterior gate that I was not given the code for. The property did not look at all Like the pictures on line. The AC was so loud that I unplugged it! The mattress was so old that there was a dip on both sides. I slept in the middle

It was like home away from home. Seriously it was well kept, it had all the things need in the kitchen, it had netflix on both tv's, and most of all check in and out was sooo easy.. We will use them again!

location is the best. it's the closest stay you can get, in the middle of the action, day and night, without having to pay a hotel chain prices. also very close to the free water shuttle stop, free shuttle bus to beach, and to the bus station that has a direct line to Sawgrass premium outlet. the only complaint is the noise level. the door lock is very loose so any noise from the outside, especially the rowdy guests coming back from their late night, is heard. the ceiling fan makes noise. the fan on the AC is loud. the walls are thin. not sure why 2 nights in a row, our TVs turned on by itself when the remote control was far from the bed. so wear earplugs and eye mask. the linen and towels are not of the nicest quality but it is what it is. I would definitely come back to stay again.

This was a great location if you are going to Fort Lauderdale to party. It is next to the water which is awesome! The unit itself was nice too a lot more spacious than the pics make it look. Overall we would absolutely go back!
