The Space:

Escape to your cozy retreat on the iconic Hollywood Beach Boardwalk! This spacious and light-filled 1-bedroom suite is the perfect home base for your coastal getaway, comfortably sleeping up to four guests.



Relax in the open-concept living area, which features a full-size sofa bed and flows seamlessly into a modern, fully equipped kitchen. After a day in the sun, unwind on your private balcony or settle in for a movie night. The private bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed for a restful night's sleep.

Guest Access:

As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire private suite and the resort's incredible, high-end amenities. Your mandatory resort fee includes:



A stunning rooftop pool and sun deck with panoramic ocean and Intracoastal views

A relaxing hot tub

Direct beach access, with two complimentary lounge chairs included

A fully equipped, modern gym

A vibrant rooftop bar and lounge

Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the resort

Shared laundry facilities (including dryers) on the 3rd floor

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM.



Other Things to Note:

This unit is privately managed by Hey Miami and is not part of the hotel's rental program.

All guests must register at the front desk upon arrival.

Mandatory Fees (paid directly to the resort via debit/credit card):

Resort Fee: $40 per day, per unit.

Registration Fee: A one-time fee of $50 per unit.

Check-In Requirements: You will be required to sign the condominium’s rules and regulations form and provide a valid government-issued ID.

Late Check-In: Same-day reservations made after 6:00 PM will incur a $20 late check-in fee.

A Pack ‘n Play / travel crib is available upon request for a $25 fee and must be reserved in advance.



Parking:

On-site self-parking is available for $45 + tax (up to 24 hours) or $315 + tax (up to 7 days).



No Smoking: Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 fine.

Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during late hours.
