The bedroom is decorated in coastal flare with desk, 10X lighted makeup mirror, Beautyrest Silver Edition King size bed with adjustable head rest , wall mounted HD TV. The unit overlooks the tropical pool and gardens. Pool is not private. It is located between the two units.

The bathroom has a large tile walk in shower with assist handles, built in tile seat along with two shampoo cubbies to store all your shower needs.

Enjoy relaxing in the living area with your HD, Smart TV, Bose Wave Radio/CD\DVD player, Alexa and Wi-Fi. Relax in two super comfy recliners! It's open and airy with 16' wide sliding doors opening to poolside to enjoy the nice ocean breeze!

Your kitchen has granite counter tops, cabinets, stove, built in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and everything else to enjoy your home cooked meals. A Weber BBQ grill is right outside your door ready for your Grillin n Chillin! Enjoy your meals poolside! Beautiful stone outside bar with changing color lights! The pool area becomes alive at dusk with automatic tiki torches and string lights. You'll feel like you're at a luxury resort without the expense!

There are only two units on the property. This property is a duplex. Quiet owner lives in rear unit. If you're looking for a party place this property is not for you! Located in a quiet residential area with a short walk to beach, grocery store, shops and restaurants. Town is walkable no need for a car. Uber and Lyft services available here. Also our own town, Circuit golf service will pick you up at the rental for a small charge of $2.00 plust tip and take you anywhere around our town such as beach, grocery store, shops, restaurants, etc.
Non smoking property inside and out! Mature adults only rental. Booking request welcome up to one year in advance. Book early, I do fill up.

Beautiful property and wonderful host!

Like having you own villa

This accommodation is very clean and fully equipped being well looked after by the owner.The property itself has in my opinion a unique cottage style and having the fantastic pool to yourself was a real bonus with plenty of umbrellas, plants and flowersfeels as though you have your own villa.The location is perfect for the restaurants, bars and beach all within short walking distance.Really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 10 days including Christmas day and this place was perfect for us, a cosy home away from home. Everything is provided and Judy does an incredible job of looking after you. The apartment is beautiful, very tastefully furnished with all modern tech as well - 40"inch smart TV, Soundbar, Alexa and. a Bose radio

Awesome stay!

This place was exactly as described -- clean, great location, adorable details, has what you need, cozy and comfy, awesome outdoor area. The host was great! Very responsive to messages and our request to check in early. She makes it very explicit on the page that she lives in the other unit; we expected to see her a couple times, and we did have quite a few interactions daily and there were a couple maintenance people cutting in and out through the pool for a couple hours while we were out there. It would have been helpful just to have had a heads up before they were suddenly letting themselves in through the gate. Overall, an awesome trip and would still recommend people staying here! We walked literally everywhere, except to/from the airport.

Everything we had hoped for!

The property was exactly as advertised and pictured, one of the most well maintained and charming places we've stayed. It was just the right size for my husband and it. Beach and shops were a 5-10 minute walk. Publix was a 5 minute drive (walkable if you wanted). Kitchen, laundry, and bath were well stocked and maintained. It was too cold while we were there to enjoy the pool, but it looked fantastic! Judy was prompt and great to talk to.

Wonderful!

We arrived at Judy's after being without power from the storm Helene in WNC. As soon as we walked in the door we breathed a huge sigh of relief. The apartment is lovely and so comfortable. The bed is one of the most comfortable we have ever had in a VRBO. The pool is amazing! Judy is so sweet and a wonderful host. We will be back!

This place is beautiful. Clean and all the amenities you could ask for. Nothing Judy did not have. Very convenient to beach, restaurants etc. The only thing that I could say that was missing was a hot tub. Highly recommend this place.

Just Beautiful

This cottage and outdoor space was worth every penny! It was spotless, gorgeous inside and out and there were numerous extras in place. From the bath robes to beach and pool towels to beach chairs, umbrella, rolling cooler! There is NOTHING you need after you arrive except food and drinks! There is even a community golf cart transport system that took us to the beach! We did walk after that because it is so close. Judy responded to all messages and took time out to chat with us and give suggestions. Truly one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed! FYI.. if you want to splurge on dinner one night.. go to Blue Moon.. also walking distance.. memorable meal and drinks! Seriously.. just book this gem!

So much to do, but if you decide to do nothing, it is great! Walked to the Grocery Store. Nice walk to the Beach. You can rent Beach Chairs, so don't have pack those when you head to the Beach. Enjoyed my stay!

Perfect vacation rental

My spouse and I were looking for an extended weekend getaway without the kids, and we found a gem in Judy’s place. It was the BEST private rental I have ever stayed in. First, the home - outstanding. The pool area was relaxing, inviting, and beautifully landscaped. Make sure you use it at night because the atmosphere is amazing. We ate by the pool, napped by the pool, read by the pool, and cooled off in the pool. It was a great asset to the property. Second, the community- safe, walkable, and quaint. We walked everywhere, no car needed. The walk to the beach was easy. Publix is right around the corner. Shops and restaurants were a block over. Try the gelato place, it’s delicious. Last, Judy- what an amazing host. By far the best I have ever experienced. She was accommodating, welcoming, and informative. I feel like we have gained a lifelong connection and a place we will return to again and again. Thank you for a great couple weekend!

An oasis

This was a wonder property, relaxing and peaceful. We loved the pool, and when it rained enjoyed the games. It was walking distance to some nice restaurants and we liked the neighborhood feel.
