Dining for up to 4 people at the table (additional 2 dining spaces at countertop). All new bakeware, stainless steel cookware. Ground level makes easy access for this conveniently located Fort Mill apartment.

We require a copy of drivers license and a criminal background check to stay on the grounds - we need two business days before your stay to complete these items. If bringing your pet, it must be approved with a copy of their vet records, picture, and $200 non refundable pet fee. *We do ask to sign a rental agreement and we utilize a security deposit hold before all stays to prevent blatant disregard for house rules Thank you!
