The stay is perfectly located for a relaxing beach vacation. Just a quick stroll to the sandy shores, you’ll have easy access to beautiful Fort Myers Beach without being in the middle of the busy nightlife. The Fort Myers Beach town center is less than a 20-minute drive, offering shops, restaurants, and entertainment while keeping things quiet and laid-back at home. Publix grocery store is a short drive for easy shopping, and Santini Plaza is across the street.

Right on the beach

Building,grounds and unit are in very good shape. The beach is a short walk from the building and the surf fishing is great. Everyone we ran into was friendly and the maintenance people are awesome.

Great Getaway

We had a great five days in this condo. The location was perfect for us, as we like the south end of the island. Although not directly beachfront, you can see the ocean from the balcony. The first floor location made it possible to take the stairs if you didn't want to wait on the elevator. The condo isn't big, but it's perfect for a couple. We didn't cook at all, so I can't really say what's there if you want to cook full meals. There is a Keurig, and that's all my husband used. There were plenty of towels, a walk-in shower, and nice beach chairs (which some condos don't have). Another plus was an easy-to-use TV system. We've stayed in some places that were impossible to figure out. For us, it was a very nice stay. I wish there was an overhead fan, but there was a desktop fan in the closet. The owner was very nice and responsive. We'd stay there again.

Amazing Stay!

The condo was beautiful and had all the essentials. Steps to a gorgeous beach. Perfect shells to collect everywhere. Dolphins playing just off shore. Water perfect temp. and everyday sunny and bright.

Be careful about this place

This is a quaint and cozy unit with nice beach decor. It's been nicely updated and well equipped. The king bed is very comfortable and linens and towels are nice. There is a washer/dryer but not connected. Comfortable for 2 people but not for 2 more adults, but maybe ok for smaller children. We came in January 2024 and were shocked by the outward condition of the property. The property description isn't close to being accurate making it seem like there's nothing wrong. The entire building is under construction with equipment and materials scattered everywhere. The pool is shot and there's construction equipment and noise all day. They even make you sign an Indemnity Waiver for any personal loss, damage or injury. What does that tell you? The beach is great but we wouldn't return here and especially would not bring children here.
