Rooms were great and location is awesome! Mike at front desk was a pleasure to talk with and extremely helpful. Breakfast time staff could be more courteous to guests. The lady overseeing and refilling almost shouted at my 11 year old for spilling 2-3 drops of waffle batter 1-2 inches next to the cup. When I tried to ask if everything was okay and was there any problem, the lady replied YES. When I checked the waffle batter serving machine myself, I couldn’t get the batter out myself. Then she was kind enough to say, “Maybe it out” and proceeded to refill it. Other girl assigned to the breakfast was only interested is talking to Koko. The parrot in the lobby. She didn’t bother to check what was happening for a moment. Overall everyone at front desk except Mike was not very courteous. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t give a 5 star.
