•Primary renter: Must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site for the duration of the reservation
•Damage responsibility: Any damage during your stay is the responsibility of the primary renter
•Smoking / Pets: This home is non-smoking and pet-free
•Parking: Free parking for up to 2 vehicles
•Entry: Secure, keyless E-lock system. A unique code will be provided a few days prior to arrival and reset after each guest’s stay
•Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, in line with the Good Neighbor policy
•Good Neighbor Program: This home resides in a noise-sensitive area. Smart home technology monitors decibel and occupancy levels (not conversations) to ensure compliance with quiet
hours and maximum occupancy.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
