It is a motel with the rooms facing the courtyard/parking. There are construction materials stacked around the parking lot. The room was clean and updated however there was a strong mildew and old smoke smell in the room. Its what you would expect for a sub $100 room. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Property in middle of reno. No dumpster so garbage everywhere outside. Room was ok. Not all renos done in room but was comfortable enough. Cheaper rate was about right for the property.

They are remodeling and so it’s a mess throughout the rooms are very clean however the parking lot is very muddy dirty and so you bring it in your room. Very nice breakfast friendly people great town.
