Tervetuloa Gulf Dunes Resortiin, kauniiseen Okaloosa-saarelle. Tässä löytynyt hiekkainen, sokerivalkoinen hiekka on ainutlaatuinen tähän ainutlaatuiseen alueeseen, ja jos olet onnekas lomalle täällä, koet rantaloman kuin missään muualla Yhdysvalloissa. Tarjoamme vuodevaatteet, peitot, kylpypyyhkeet jne. Tuo omat rantapyyhkeet. Jokaisessa Gulf Dunes -yksikössä on oma pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.

Tietoa alueesta: Okaloosan saari on osa 30 kilometrin pituista jatkuvaa luonnollista hiekanestettä. Meressä täällä on tyypillisesti yhtä selkeä kuin mikä tahansa vesi voi olla, ja smaragdinvihreä väri on ainutlaatuinen tälle pienelle alueelle. Hiekka on puhdas valkoinen ja jauhemainen, kuten sokeri, ja ihanat Okaloosan läänin viranomaiset pitävät rannat puhtaina ja turvallisina. On paljon hauskaa täällä saarella, putt putt golf, ulkona grillit fine dining ja yöelämää. Could be better maintained

Unit 214 is in need of a major makeover. You can tell that it needs painting and some modernization. The stove is an old electric stove and the metal rings don’t fit in the stove evenly and it’s hard to cook with the very cheap pots and pans. Everything you need is there but it’s the lowest quality items and the decore is mismatched and just not comfortable. Would not recommend or stay there again. Access to the beach is very easy so that’s a plus. Also for a place that doesn’t allow dogs there sure was a lot of them barking early in the morning.

Nice location

This condo is very convenient to Destin and surrounding areas. Right on the beach with 2 pools. Had some issues with this condo and had to leave a few days early. Overall it was nice.

Good Place To Stay

This unit was perfect for us. It is right on the beach and has good gulf views. There was plenty of room for the two of us but unit can fit up to 6 people. It is a kid friendly unit and building. The unit was pretty clean and in good condition. It has a lived in feeling as there is some paint damage etc. Not a show place if that is what you like but very comfortable. Great if you have kids as you don't have to worry about every move they make. The master mattress was not good for us but that is a case by case thing for people. May be great for you. The rental company was very responsive to issues. AC went out and they had it fixed same day while we were out enjoying our stay. The building management takes good care of pool. It is a great location, close to lots of things to do. Beach was clean and beach service was good. We will stay here again in the future.

Perfection

We love the location and the fact that it’s not this giant condo with hundreds of people , inside was clean it even smelled clean like a new car !!! The view of the ocean is perfect and we could walk to a restaurant to eat at night , everyone is so friendly and chill we will definitely be back for our 3rd trip next year for our vacation/wife’s birthday!!! Loved every moment except having to wake up on the last day to pack and leave !!! Gulf Dunes is the spot to be thank you all nothing but love from us to y’all !!!

Great vacation.

We stayed here for two weeks from 8/13/22. We loved the condo and the views from the balcony. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Loved having the free beach set up each day. Nice size beach never felt crowded. Property was clean and plenty of parking spots. Sunset Realty provided good service and check in was very easy. We would definitely return here. Thanks for a great vacation!

Beautiful view

The view of the ocean was beautiful, and we often saw dolphins from the deck! It was a short walk out to the beach, which we walked every day down to the pier. The location was convenient to restaurants, shops, and groceries. There are a lot of fun areas to explore nearby, including towns, golf courses, and other beaches. We were there for two weeks, and it was so relaxing. We highly recommend this property, and would love to make this a yearly tradition over the holidays!

Week at the beach

This was our 3rd time visiting and have always stayed at gulf dunes condos. Views are great. Beach is excellent. Chair service is very good. Local People are very friendly. The room is very nice. The owner needs to do some updating on pans and cookware. Aged and pans are worn. A table and chairs on balcony would be awesome to enjoy dinner and the gulf water views. We would stay there again in the future.

4th July Holiday week

We typically haven’t had any issues before .. however we were called hours prior to check in that there would be painting on our deck . We were given a discount .. however we later found out that the pool in our complex was out of commission for the whole week .. our view was obstructed for a day also .. the place really needed updates and even the paint on the cabinets was peeling off .. if they knew the deck was going to be out of commission and no pool in our complex we would have preferred the ability to get our money back and book elsewhere ... thankful the beach was amazing and the weather was perfect .. I don’t think I would rent from this particular complex again though .. we come done here every year

A very enjoyable stay at this beautiful site.

My daughters and I had a a great “Girls Vacation”. The unit was furnished with everything we needed, and more start up supplies; detergents, paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, etc.....than any unit we have ever rented before. The only thing I could have wished for would have been grab bars in the shower, which would have helped ageing guests. A great time was had by all.

Perfect for two people or possibly a little one or two, this cozy little condo is clean, comfortable, functional and has a great view. Gorgeous beach. The property management company is first-rate, very responsive to questions and maintenance/repair issues. We plan to come back next year!

The condo was very clean with more then enough towels, dishes and cookware. The bathroom set up was perfect. I would question the sleeper sofa as comfortable for 2 adults to sleep on and maybe another blanket available on site? Thanks for a wonderful condo!

Needs major updates!

Furniture needs to be replaced, and under the couch was big time dust and what looked like crumbs, the kitchen cabinets are peeling, found what we thought was mold in the bathroom near the shower, dishes were not clean and found strands of hair on one dish. The great part was the location! Would we ever rent that unit at Gulf Dunes again......no!

The sofa bed was broken and there wasn't a large pan or a strainer to steam crab legs or lobsters which I thought was odd.The patio table was rusted:( The strict rule about the 4 pm check in was disappointing. Our room was ready all day I had been on the road since 2 am to meet my daughter and her 2 young children at Pensacola airport by 9.30 which unfortunately was the cheapest time for my daughter to fly in so we had to wait in the hot sun at the beach all day with two children who needed naps knowing that the room was clean and empty but we couldn't get in. I just feel like it should be a case-by-case basis I completely understand if it's a busy season and the turnover is very quick and you know cleaning people have to get in and out but the room is sitting there empty I don't see any harm in letting somebody check in 2 or 3 hours early they're not going to be spending their time making the room messy they're going to be unloading their stuff and you know having a place to have shade and being at the beach. I don't expect what I have to say to change policy but if a hotel can let you check in if their room is ready I feel like rental place that charged as much as we were charged could do it as well and it was just disappointing and I felt like it was unnecessary and it made me not really a fan.

Amazing!

We only stayed 2 nights and had an ocean view room on the 2nd floor. It was beautiful. The only thing we didn't like is that the hot water in the shower wasn't really hot. And you pay a hefty cleaning fee but the packet basically requires u to clean the place yourself. We didn't use any towels for fear of having to pay for one due to "damages". Overall we basically just slept there and utilized the pool once. It was clean and staff members were polite. The beach area was extremely clean and beautiful. We'll be back.
