Our toilet wouldn’t flush so the front desk girl worked on it while we were gone but when we came back it still didn’t flush so we called her again and she came down and worked on it again and got it to work the room was very nice but we requested a handicap room and we were surprised it was a tub not just a walk in shower so it was kind of hard to get into and our daughter had a room across from us with a walk in shower? We would stay here again just not request a handicap room.

I wish someone made me aware this hotel is currently undergoing remodeling. Its location is excellent but the disarray caused by renovation would make me reconsider booking this particular facility.

Didn't like the fact after you book a non refundable room that you are notified of extra fees. Not a fan of front desk employees telling me I can go stay somewhere else after the room is already paid for. I book on average 20 rooms per week for my drivers. This one is absolutely going on the "never again" list!

Property was under construction but was tidy. Room had long hairs on the bathroom floor near the baseboard, the water pressure was horrible, and there was a tiny hair on my washcloth that grossed me out. Breakfast was fried potatoes and sausage patties. No other pre-made hot food. The guest that shared a wall with me was SO LOUD, talking/yelling on his speaker phone after 11:30 p.m. Fun night. I realize the hotel had very little control over the last inconvenience. It was a place to lay my head and the bed seemed clean.

There were parties going on till almost 3am inside the hotel. It was very noisy, and you could not sleep. My wife felt very unsafe while walking around both outside and inside the hotel.
