The parking was in the back of the hotel and not well lit. The lot and drive way way bumpy. I had to walk from the back to the side of the hotel to get in.

DO NOT PREPAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!! I prepaid for a room at this hotel and was not informed of a CASH deposit required to start with, which ok fine, I can get the cash. I called the property 1.5 hours before my arrival to verify that I could still check in, as my GPS was showing I would arrive 6 hours after check-in started at the time. I was told yes, I could still check in, and then I was informed of the CASH-ONLY deposit. Okay, I got the cash out for it, only to be told when I arrive, it is a different amount for the deposit. I went outside to my car to see if I even had the amount I was now being told was required. I walked back in to ask if I could give her the cash I had and do the rest on a card. She replied, "No, but I looked when you walked out, and we are overbooked, so you will have to cancel." Mind you, not only have I already paid, but I just spent 15 hours on the road. I mentioned this to her, and she then said, "You will have to cancel. I have no rooms, sorry," and walked away. She did not inform me when I called that she was overbooked, which still would not have helped my cancellation issue, but would have at least allowed me to use the rest of the time driving into town to find another hotel to stay instead of having to drive to that one and then begin looking. I am currently fighting to get my money back because this was not my fault.
