Good stay

Friendly check in, room was basic but clean. Shower was hot and powerful. Room was slightly cold and heating was not on. Take ear plugs if you want a good sleep as you can easily hear people in neighbouring rooms. Cant complain too much for the price.

Staff and food good but the hotel is very tir

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast and dinner were good, but the hotel is in need of refurbishment and decoration. Our bedroom had only single glazing so the window was covered in condensation for our entire stay. The hotel is very conveniently located for the railway station.

Clean and comfortable

This is the third time that I have stopped here. Personally, I love it, but if you are looking for a top notch accommodation then this is not for you. The rooms are pretty tired but clean, comfortable and warm. The stuff are very helpful. The food is okay. Personally, I go for value for money and this is what you get here

The elevator made a few loud dings every time it stoped at the floor day and night. The hallway lights are on motion sensors and they don’t even stay on long enough to get your key in the lock and get the door to your room open before going out. Housekeeping had wiped out the inside of the coffee cups but hadn’t washed them as there was lipstick and coffee stains on the outside of the cup. There were other peoples hairs and dust in the corner of the bathroom. There was live music that I could hear on the 4th floor playing until midnight, luckily I didn’t have to get up too early in the morning.

Small break to see family.

Hotel was okay. In need of fefurbishment but was clean and had everything we required. Food in the Bistro was very nice, service was okay but slow migth have been due to wedding on in hotel. Room was okay again getting a bit tired and in need of a refresh. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy with everything needed. One main complaint was a lot of mould on bathroom ceiling, due to inactive fan. Breakfast each morning was good and pleantyful with attentive service.
