Lovely chalet, clean and well equipped. Loved the fact we were given washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and cloths/sponges too. It was ashame there were no places that delivered takeaways to the holiday homes. We could see that there was an outdoor eaterie van which wasn't open at the time we were there. This is a great idea.

Perfect location for quiet and prettiness. Lovely playground for children. Beautiful sunrises. Lots of hot water. It's not the fancies of places but it was probably our favorite spot for comfort and ease plus having separate bedrooms was a nice perk with children.

Our stay was extremely poor and frankly, a serious safety concern. We were without power, heating, or light for an entire night during a significant storm. This was especially distressing as our 4-year-old child was also freezing, making for a miserable and worrying ordeal. Crucially, we were left with absolutely no assistance. The reception desk was closed the night of the storm, meaning we were completely abandoned and unable to seek help or guidance when we needed it most. The property's response the next day was unsatisfactory and dishonest. We were told that "all of Scotland had lost power," which was demonstrably false as stores in nearby Fort William clearly had electricity. For a large property, the lack of any backup power options (like a generator or even emergency heat/lights), coupled with staff abandoning the post during a storm, is unacceptable and shows a serious disregard for guest comfort and safety. We had a terrible, uncomfortable, and worrying time.

We stayed in one of the mobile homes, very clean and well kept. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but we managed. Lots of room inside, the kitchen had everything we needed.

Our lochside cabin was excellent, clean, very comfortable and the view from the sitting room wonderful! The initial problem with tv reception was sorted very quickly and solved. Reception very helpful. Burger van on site very useful.

The caravan we stayed in was very dated. The mattresses were thin and we could feel the springs. They did swap them out when we asked. We were traveling from out of country and had nothing but our clothes. There are no included towels, sheets, extra toilet paper, napkins or hair dryer.

We are grateful for Kevin that he immediately responded to our call. We checked in around 1930, noticed that we had a problem with our boiler. He did his best to troubleshoot it but still not working. We were then upgraded to a new caravan nearest to the lake! He helped us transfer all our bags and goods. The place is relaxing and best sunset as well!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom chalet as a family of five for 3 nights. Great option to use as a base to explore the surroubding area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Chalet was small but comfortable for what we needed.

Great stay with beautiful sunset view…very neat and clean . Children have a playing area as well. Didn’t find restaurants near to the property so if you don’t have a private vehicle grab some food items before reaching there. There is a CoOp in the village which is 20 to 25 minutes away from the property. The reception have snacks and ice creams
