Nice and clean.

Overall was very good. The front counter staff was excellent but the morning breakfast buffet was below par. I do not recommend continuing with the pickle water.. A lot of people don’t like pickles..

The property is really ideally located. I took the train to Fort Worth and it is about a 6 or 7 minutes walk from the station. I went to a show at the Big Laugh Comedy club, which is next door, and I also enjoyed The Archibald Bar, Flying Saucer, as well as a great breakfast at Yolk, all right next to the hotel. There is also a CVS across the street. In the hotel itself, the staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly, the room was quiet and very comfortable. The only thing that surprised me is that the hotel reception is on the second floor. Not a problem at all, just unique.

Bad service

I paid for a two bed deluxe suite and was put in a smaller one bed room, the check-in experience was terrible as the front desk receptionist was extremely rude and the check-in experience took too long despite being the only person there. I would never stay at that hotel again. Upon bringing the incorrect room up to the staff, they proceeded to show me confidential information as to the names of other guests along with how they booked, their special request and their room number. Extremely unprofessional.
