Best Western Plus was a big plus!

Property was very nice and well lit at night. The lady that checked me in was extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Overall, it was a great stay!

Pros: In unit fill fridge and stove top, dishwasher and microwave. There is a free laundry room for guests. The breakfast is much better than most hotels. Pet friendly and non smoking. There is at least one fireplace in the common area and and outside place for a fire. The hotel staff is friendly and the cleaning and cook staff go above and beyond. Very clean. You do feel that they care about your stay. Cons: The kitchen is so compact that the microwave door would not open all the way, it hits the refrigerator, and the fridge is already as far over as it can go. The outside of the property should be picked ip daily. No doggie bags in the doggie bag dispensers. Staff smokes near outside doors. More expensive than similar hotels. As usual, if you have pets it is harder to get the room ckeaned.

the whirlpool tub was amazing. However, i was not told there is a 150.00 hold you will have to do at the Hotel, this would have been helpful at the time at looking at this Hotel. I think if you use a website like this one, they should already have all this worked out at the Hotel you are staying at.

Powdered eggs, dry biscuits. Just because breakfast is free doesn't mean it needs to be blab. Hard bed, limited gym time? Broken gym equipment. Good things...friendly counter help, 24 hr access to coffee, clean pool. I WONT BE COMING BACK.

Clean and comfortable

The property was well kept, staff friendly and room was comfortable. However, because this was booked through a third party (Hotels.com) the Bestwestern was unable to provide a folio.
