Summary:

Welcome to our Cozy Fort Worth Loft. It is an excellent spot to discover the city, and visit all the neat places Fort Worth has to offer.



This is a studio-style guest house that is detached from the main house with its own separate entrance, so you will be given all the privacy you need. We are located less than a mile down the street from Texas Christian University & Magnolia St., and a short drive away from downtown Fort Worth, the Stockyards, AT&T Stadium, Rangers Ballpark, & much more!

You can access the guest house with smart lock code provided. We live in the main house, so try not to bother too much, please!

Cute & Convenient

This is my second stay at this nice studio. It’s perfect for one or two people and it’s proximity to TCU makes it a great location for quick visits with my son and a great home base for move out. Dylan & family are so kind and great with communication. I really appreciate their hospitality and plan to return.

I chose the property on a quick visit to Fort Worth to move my son out of TCU. The property is clean and close to the university with easy access to everything. Hosts were very kind and had great communication. It’s small but has everything you need for a nice stay including easy off street parking.

Pleasant and relaxing

My elderly mother and I were in the area to help arrange moving my sister out of hospice to allow her to die in FL. The owner was very pleasant and accommodated some special requests we had because of my mother's mobility. It was a very relaxing place to stay. I felt very safe there. There is a little traffic noise but not bad. I was concerned about the on-screet parking because of my large vehicle but that didn't seem to be an issue with other drivers. I would love to stay there again on a more pleasant vacation reason.

Cute, eclectic gem near TCU.

The perfect place for a trip to visit our daughter at TCU. The place had everything we needed and we very convenient to the campus and area activities. I would recommend this for anyone looking for the same.

Well designed and maintained.

Overall a good experience. One caveat is that the ice storm forced me to work from the VRBO and the internet wasn't very strong. Dylan attempted to accommodate by moving the wifi extender so it was closer to the place, but I still had connection issues. The place was very nicely put together and clean and Dylan was great to work with. I would book his place again.
