Refund Policy

I recently encountered a booking issue at Clarione Pointe where I accidentally reserved the wrong date. Upon arrival on the intended date, I agreed to an additional charge for that night, assuming it would offset my original booking. However, I was charged for both nights, and my initial reservation was neither cancelled nor refunded. Despite attempts to rectify this and secure a refund, I was informed that this would not be possible. This situation has unfortunately affected my perception of Clarione Pointe, and I am hesitant to book future stays at any location. Thank you.

I wanted a clean, safe, comfortable stay for two nights and Clarion Pointe provided that at a very reasonable rate over Valentine’s Day weekend. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel room featured a large flat screen with many channel options, as well as a breakfast fare that hit the spot. I loved the Texas shaped waffles! Shout out to Pete who checked me out on Friday and to Ruta who checked us out on Sunday. Both friendly and very kind. This property has the feel of a Hampton Inn without the high prices they charged for the weekend. Thanks again, Clarion Pointe! Should I visit Fort Worth again, I won’t stay at any other hotel!
