The hotel was very rundown. The mirror in the bathroom is chipped. There are hard water stains on the faucets. It looks like what is mold in the shower on the grout. The curtains had holes in them. The furniture was all banged up. It just looked really rundown and dingy. I walked into the bathroom and on the sink, it looked like there was a dried blob of toothpaste on the counter. Then somebody had recently used the toilet and left skidmarks recently-one flush and it went away. the linens looked and felt relatively clean, and the bed was somewhat comfortable.

The concierge was nice and inviting. Enjoyed the refreshing lemon water at the front desk. Not much around. Heard it was not the safest for people of color, but I felt comfortable and was treated well around the facility. Area called Whitesettlement, Texas. One and done.
