Overall the stay was good, room was nice and clean but was by the elevator and ice machine so it was pretty noisy, the indoor pool was also closed.

Reception was indifferent. Coffee was not warm when we arrived around 8:00pm. The door that shares with washroom and closet was not smoothly moved. There was no coffee available after the breakfast before we leave around 9:00am. The worst Hampton inn we have stayed ever.

The facility was hard to find given its off of frontage on Keller Parkway and behind Tom Thumb. No more refined address than 200 Keller Town Center. The Facility is nice and clean. Breakfast was good. The only problem with room was evidence of spraying for ants and a few ants noticed over the 2 nights we stayed. We will likely stay there again.

Very nice but bed was okay.

The beds were okay and the pillows were subpar. Stayed in a king suite with 4 small very flat pillows. A very large breakfast with various options. Clean, and modern feel.

I stay at this hotel 4-5 times a year. It’s going downhill. One employee on site in evening. Needed assistance last night and no one at desk for 10 minutes until we left. Called and got voicemail to front desk with no return call. Just a lack of service

Noisy and parking not convenient

Dirty towel left hanging in the bathroom. Sheets weee very thin. Trashcans too small. Breakfast offering was not tasty at all. Lots of sugar. Parking had way too many handicap spots which only one was used in 3 days I was there. Girls sports team made a serious amount of noise in the lobby and later in rooms.
