The hotel and staff were absolutely delightful. Everyone that my wife and I talked to was very nice and made us feel welcomed. The very nice lady that checked me in was brand new so she didn't know the answer to several of my questions but didn't hesitate to find out for me. The room was very nice. Nothing special but it was very clean, smelled good and was spacious with a nice refrigerator and microwave. The provided breakfast was WAAYYYY better than anyone could expect, especially for the room price. The area around the hotel was mostly industrial warehouses and manufacturing businesses so there wasn't anything to walk to or eat close by but there was plenty to do within a short driving range. We stayed here because of the low room fee and it was a short drive to The Fort Worth Stockyards. I highly recommend this hotel for any stay in the Fort Worth area.

Just stayed here one night in town for a basketball game. It was a really nice hotel and you could tell it was newly renovated. The staff were all friendly and there was nothing crazy that happened. The room was clean, bed was comfy, and everything was prettt spacious. Enjoyed our stay and would come back if we’re in the area again.

The staff was nice. It was overall clean and quiet. But, the ice machine was broke, out of a 5 day stay we only had our trash emptied and new towels brought 1 day. The fitness center was 96 degrees since the air wasn't working in it. No milk for breakfast 2 out of 5 days. Have not ever had any complaints before about Holiday Inn express until this particular one.

They do not clean your rooms for extended stays

We stayed 3 nights but they do not clean your rooms or provide fresh towels. We had to go down and ask for toilet paper and towels. The tub had paint peeled off. The breakfast trashcan piled up for about 30 minutes and no one came to change out. They said because of Covid? They were short staffed and do not clean rooms everyday.

we chose this because this was a newer property and one would expect things to be fresh. We were very wrong. The airconditioning did not work and the room was so hot we could barely sleep. We informed the front desk and they said all they can do is move us. Our toddler had fallen asleep after a struggle and we didnt want to risk waking her so we were stuck. Why would you put guests in a room where the air doesnt work? I later saw other reviews with the same problem. The sink was clogged so the bathroom got nasty real fast when we tried to wash toddler's milk bottles.

The entire hotel was immaculate and beautiful. My room was just as immaculate and beautiful. The bathroom was upgraded with a standup glass door heavy duty shower in the room was equipped with all the updated technology features as well as being very warm and immaculate clean with very nice modern furniture.
