The room was clean and the staff were really attentive, but the walls were paper thin. Even after the hotel tried to help, the noise didn’t stop. It was fine for one night, but not ideal for a longer stay.

It is all keyless and no people to help if you run out of toilet paper. They did not give an extra roll of toilet paper in the room. There is no mirror. They were great about letting us back in after we had checked out because something was left behind. It was a nice place to stay.

Terrible Acoustics. All sound inside and outside the hotel is amplified. The hotel is near a hospital so ambulance sirens are frequent. You have to download an app just to get in the lobby. Too expensive for what you get. No ice machine, vending machine, washing machine, or breakfast. I paid for 3 nights but I only stayed for 2. I would not stay here again.

Clean Room: Yes, the room was clean, very modern, so modern that the road noise was WAY LOUD and hard to sleep with. The room is so empty feeling that the room on top of us was having a frisky night and me and my 14-year-old heard EVERYTHING, due to echo, until they finished. (good for them bad for us lol). this was our first experience at this type of hotel. I liked the modern aspect of the concept but there were no dressers only one little dinky hanging shelf that looked like it was from Ikea. The curtains that come down for the windows, had a huge gap and since there is a shared balcony I was really stressed someone could come look through the windows. There is only one little lock on BOTH the doors and didn't make me feel safe. There is no staff at the front. Staff: the guy that answers the phone was very polite. We did travel 5 hours away and when we got to the hotel at 8:00pm the room was not ready, which was a little frustrating, but he was fast and I only had to wait 15 min. Parking: right up front and easy, I liked that part I only tried this hotel because it was right next to the hospital which is why we needed to stay. I probably would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you don't mind any of what I mentioned. it was very pretty and cool but my experience I will not come back to this hotel.
