I want to give "kudos" to the young man who was at the desk on the evening of October 13. As I came in, someone mentioned that the elevator on the property was not working and could not be fixed until the next day at the earliest. I was checking in with my special needs brother and it would have been difficult for him to climb the stairs. He found us a room that was just what we had reserved on the first floor! Great customer service!!

I will never use Travelocity or the La Quinta hotel again, since I had a reservation made and when I arrived at 10 pm when I went to check in, the reception told me that unfortunately the air conditioning in the bedroom was broken, and that they had no more rooms available, that they would give me a discount for that problem, which seems like a lack of professionalism to me, I asked to speak to the manager but he was not available, I had to look for another hotel at 11 pm to spend the night.

Great place to stay- not too expensive and quiet. The area is a little strange around it- closed businesses but it didn't feel unsafe. The hotel staff were nice and it was a quiet easy stay!

Everyone was very nice and the room was nice and clean. The pool area does need some work, new chairs, more towels and lighting. The hot tub very DIRTY & needs cleaning ASAP!!! Ok. Breakfast is pathetic. Very little selection or variety. Hotel overall cleanliness is marginal at best. Each week it’s gotten worse. I’m looking for another hotel to stay in. Probably go to the 1 across the parking lot. Stayed there once. Everything was great there. Price higher but worth it. Every cent!!!!
