Clean, dark room. Comfortable mattress, nice sized pillows, firm but still moldable. Extra blankets a plus. And what I always look for is, hot water and plenty of it. Not a breakfast afficianado, but adequate protein and fresh fruit.

The only negative to my stay was the check in. After a 9 hour trip, we arrived at 1:15. I was told a room was ready, but if I wanted to check in right then I would have to pay $30. I just needed to change clothes, drop my luggage off, and attend an event. Everything else about this hotel was great. I still will not recommend or stay here again. There are too many other great hotels in the area that will accommodate early arrivals with no penalty.

Deposit should be discussed !

I was notified upon check in that I had to come up with $100 deposit and this was NEVER mentioned at any time during booking . All I can do is hope now that it is refunded like they stayed . Robert was very kind and helpful . So was the Hispanic gentleman working . The woman however was not . The room and overall quality was great . The pool was cloudy and had bugs in it . I was sad that the hot tub was filled in they should have let us know this seeing as how I specifically searched for a hotel with a hot tub and they showed to have one . Our license plate was stolen from the parking lot and she refused to let us see camera footage . We called the police and made a report . I probably won’t use this hotel again due to the situation and the deposit thing . I however was grateful to have an American English speaking attendant !
Grandson had a nice time . Room was very nice and clean .
