2am fire alarms

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We booked a queen bed and they put us with a full bed without saying anything. On the second day, the fire alarm started going off, and did that two more times that day, at 2am and at 3am. Each time, we had to evacuate and wait outside for 15-20 minutes for the fire department to arrive and clear the building. We finally just left and went home early after the third fire alarm so we could get some sleep.

Inexpensive, but room was dirty and smelly.

There were human hairs (not the head kind either) on one of the queen beds. The room smelled like urine. The linen was itchy and I wasn't sure if it was me or bed bugs or what. This was a quick emergency stay while our AC was out. Fortunately we only had to stay one night for that. The front desk personnel were polite. They definitely need to follow-up and have a discussion with the cleaners they pay though.

Smoke smell in non smoking room. No iron or body wash or kitchen utensils. Crowd a bit scary sometimes. Early cancellation was supposed to be one extra day charge but after bad experience, left early and was charged for 2 extra days. Not a happy experience here.

The accommodations were wrong. The facility changed my accommodations without notifying me. They did not reduce the price because a double bed is cheaper than 2 double beds. There was only 1 pillow on the bed. The room was dated. The room needed to be aired out
