O apartamento é muito bem localizado. Porém precisa de muitos reparos. As paredes da suítes estão todas mofadas. O apartamento é em um andar bem alto, não tem rede de segurança e a mureta da sacada é muito baixa. Essa informação da rede de segurança deveria conter no anúncio pq é extremamente perigoso ir com crianças.
