The staff is fine and the room was clean. The problem is that the room is tiny. The bed takes up almost the entire room and you can barely walk around the bed. The bathroom was also tiny. Overall the hotel is depressing. No smart TV so only Brazilian channels to watch. The breakfast wasn’t very good. I stayed one night and left. Could not imagine staying another night. Would not recommend.

An interesting stay!

For an atypical seven-night stay, the experience was generally good. - Urine smell in the bathroom upon arrival. - During the third night the A/C started leaking water, wetting suitcases and clothes. Upon request both problems (smell and leakage) were immediately solved. For compensation, the hotel washed and dried all affected items. Cons: No windows in hallways and breakfast room. Bath water unpleasantly salty. These are architectural issues for which the hotel administration has little control. Yet those considering a lengthy stay should keep them in mind. Breakfast quality for Brazilian standards is good. There's room for more variety. Pros: The staff is super kind and attentive. Excellent bed for as many nights of sleep as you book. The hotel is perfectly located half a block from the beach, with lots of options from a foot distance. On-site free parking service suited our needs.

Extremely tiny room and bathroom and swimming Not at all like their photos! Dirty commode One small piece of soap Sink only has cold water!! Shower Luke warm at best I called front desk no one speaks English! After 4 trips to the front desk my room was finally clean at 5pm! Not even one TV channel in English I will never stay there again

Everything needed for a short and functional stop

Staff were amazingly professional, patient and helpful with small enquirers, The rooftop terrace has really cool views although their is quite a bit of construction work in the vicinity. It's one of the nicer areas of Fortaleza which is generally underwhelming in itself. Breakfast is really extensive and should set you up for the whole day.

Nice hotel with a great breakfast. Very safe and secure with a guard controlling who entered and left. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Had some small problems with hot water in the shower and the WiFi was slow on our floor. Other floors were better. Close to the beach and night life. Very good overall.
