Boa experiência

Boas instalações, quarto amplo, bom banho, cama razoavelmente confortável. Climatização ok. À chegada, o checkin foi frustrante, pois a equipe, completamente apática e desinteressada, sequer nos cumprimentou. No entanto, a impressão ruim foi compensada pelos demais colaboradores, muito simpáticos, atenciosos e disponíveis. Interessante o acesso ao parque Beach Park, diretamente do hotel, e o uso do cartão de consumo do hotel, aceito em todo o parque. A praia junto ao hotel é boa, assim como a piscina. Café da manhã e jantar estavam inclusos, e foram excelentes experiências. Poderia haver um chuveiro ou ducha mais reservado junto à área da piscina (o único fica no acesso à praia).

Food is amazing!! Old ama Basic rooms. Small bathrooms. Small kidsclub area. All employees very friendly. Expensive food and drinks. Very good beach. Really close to the Beach park. Noise from the power generation station and from the air conditioner system in the room.

Promete muito e entrega nem tanto

Estive recentemente hospedado no Acqua Resort e, embora o atendimento dos funcionários tenha sido cordial e solícito durante toda a estadia, infelizmente a experiência como um todo ficou muito aquém do esperado — especialmente considerando o valor cobrado pela diária. A estrutura do quarto foi, sem dúvidas, a maior decepção. O que se vende como "resort" entrega, na prática, um ambiente extremamente modesto, com um padrão que remete mais a uma pousada simples. O espaço é básico ao extremo, com pouquíssimos elementos de conforto ou luxo. Para piorar, os lençóis se sujaram e não foram trocados, e ainda nos deparamos com a ausência de algo tão essencial quanto uma tomada na cabeceira da cama — o que revela um certo descuido com o mínimo de comodidade. A situação se agrava ao saber que, no quarto de um casal de amigos que estavam viajando conosco, foi encontrada uma barata viva circulando tranquilamente pelo ambiente. Algo totalmente inaceitável para qualquer hospedagem, ainda mais para um local que se propõe a ser um resort. Um dos atrativos anunciados é o acesso antecipado de uma hora ao parque aquático, exclusivo para hóspedes. No entanto, mesmo entrando no horário prometido, a maioria das atrações ainda estava fechada, funcionando apenas no horário regular. Ou seja, o benefício divulgado na prática não existe. Diante disso tudo, lamento dizer que minha expectativa foi frustrada. É decepcionante investir em algo que se vende como uma experiência premium sem ser.

Hotel pega turista, NÃO VÃO

Diária exorbitante para um hotel antigo, sem manutenção e sem nenhum conforto. Além do mais que tinha uma barata viva no meu quarto durante minha estadia. Fora que a promessa do hotel é deixar os hóspedes entrarem no beach park uma hora mais cedo(as 10h), o que não foi respeitado porque os brinquedos só abrem as 11h, quando todo mundo pode entrar. Inclusive, nunca aceitem ir no “vacation club”, porque querem vender um pacote e quando você diz não, continuam insistindo e lhe prendendo com ofertas que você já recusou previamente, além de lhe prenderem por mais de 1hora tomando seu tempo de curtir o park aquático, que custou caríssimo, situação no mínimo desagradável!!! Hotel antigo e ruim, preço exorbitante e sem nenhum benefício, não indico a ninguém, isso é pega turista!!!!

Essa foi a nossa segunda vez hospedados aqui, e provavelmente não será a última. Ficou claro que os quartos foram reformados desde a nossa última visita, e o nosso apartamento estava aconchegante e limpo. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente gentis e prestativos, e algo que realmente valorizamos foi o carinho da equipe ao tornar o aniversário da nossa filha ainda mais especial, decorando o quarto para quando voltássemos do jantar. Eles até deixaram balões e um cartão escrito à mão. Somos gratos pelo profissionalismo de vocês e pelas lindas memórias em família que criamos aqui.

So many things that can be said about the property, but it is a great place to stay if you are going to Beach Park as it’s right on the beach and easy access. The beach access was the deal breaker for us. Hopefully ohana is much more beautiful. It is definitely not a four star hotel, might be a two or three star hotel as it looks like ia motel from the outside as the stucco turning brown/black. Fitness center is embarrassing. Old unsafe equipment! Food is great as well as cleanliness. The first room they put us in was so bad in that once we moved rooms, it was definitely updated, but we had to get someone to fix the faucet in the shower the master bedroom and door didn’t shut or lock and the slider was off the tracks. In the first room, shower bar fell on my wife’s back and cut open her foot and we had to get a medic there. They absolutely didn’t even offer us any compensation as it takes a seriously injury to get their attention. For some reason, they don’t give toothbrush holders or soap holders which is very strange. The kids events were amazing and so was the staff it didn’t until 10 PM, but I do understand. Brazil starts a little late as far as activities. We took a taxi many places as we were not told they had a free bus until the day before checkout They also do not have phones so if you do not have WhatsApp or Wi-Fi working well, you cannot communicate with them. The hotel pool and staff are pretty amazing, but the management needs training.

O espaço para o entretenimento infantil é escasso, faltou criatividade, talvez prejudicado pelos eventos de carnaval. O grande apelo do hotel é o parque, nos dias sem parque programe atividades externas. A comida é muito boa, estranha apenas a falta de reposição, considerando que os horários são agendados

Hotel mal cuidado. Uma pena!

A estrutura do hotel por fora está horrível, com a fachada mal cuidada e com pintura "vencida", bem como unidades que estão fora do pool do hotel com aparência horrível (parecendo barracos). Uma pena. Nessa mesma linha o nosso quarto tinha paredes sujas, banheiro sem manutenção. A nota 6 fica pela equipe excelente que tenta dar um serviço de um resort, porém que é prejudicada com a estrutura. Outro ponto foi o absurdo de as 10hs da manhã do dia 03/03 não tem uma toalha de praia disponível, pois o serviço de entrega não tinha chegado. Resumo, o hotel para ser reconhecido como resort precisa de uma gestão urgente. Outro ponto importante é a entrada adiantada, às 10hs, no Beach Park. Essa vantagem de 1 hora em face dos visitantes que não estão no Hotel seria ótima (como acontece em parques da Disney e Universal, por exemplo), caso fosse efetivada. O problema que mesmo entrando mais cedo os brinquedos são liberados apenas as 11hs, dessa forma matando a "vantagem" de entrar mais cedo. Por último, infelizmente a roupa de cama é a toalhas precisam ser trocadas, os lençóis são velhos e furados. Uma pena.
