Very good location, awful front desk staff, i was harassed every time i get into my room asking if i am staying at the hotel n which room, then they double check everything, this was my 2nd time at this hotel they did it last year is well, I won’t be making the same mistake next year. Some of the staff are very very rude with zero manners, the staff made me feel uncomfortable on my stay, not a very good holiday.

You will not be disappointed

As soon as I arrived, I was helped by a friendly front desk staff (who spoke English as my Portuguese isn't fluent). Maria checked me in and was fantastic. Explaining the property as well as giving me ideas of things to do. The room was exactly as the pictures. Clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The view was amazing and was nice to have a small balcony to enjoy. The only two things I wish I had known before are that there is no coffee maker in the room (there is an included breakfast buffet but I like my coffee first thing as I am getting ready) and there is a safe in the room but you have to pay extra daily for the lock. I wish this information was included in the original posting. These are small gripes that have no effect on my overall experience. I loved this hotel and the city and will be returning in the future. Thank you for making my vacation an incredible one

Amei a localização, é perfeita em todos os sentidos, se não fosse por um outro hotel que fica a beira mar, e o Tropical ficar na rua de trás, eu diria que ele fica em frente da feirinha, da janela do quarto da pra vê-la, também da pra ver uma pequena parte da lateral do mar, perto de restaurantes, mercados, Pizza Hut, McDonald's... Gostei do espaco do quarto, ele é bem grande, tem uma sala com sofá e só ao fundo fica o quarto, banheiro e uma varanda onde avista parte do mar, não sei se todos são assim, e na sala tem um sofá, nãosei se sofácama, se for, nãoparece ser tão confortável não, caso vá com mais de 2 pessoas, indico pegar um quarto com mais camas. Achei a limpeza ok, só deveriam caprichar mais nos azulejos fora do box, pois tinham algumas marcas neles, logo, não é só dentro do box que precisa ser bem limpo, pois dentro estava bem limpo, graças a Deus não tinha limo nos rejuntes. O café da manhã era gostoso, mas muito repetitivo, não tinha suco natural, esse tinha que pagar. Recomendo que o local onde ficam os recheios das tapiocas e do omelete, seja colocada uma tela de proteção tipo mosqueteiro ou tampa transparente, assim como também junto aos demais alimentos, pois tinham moscas pousando sobre eles, talvez se o ar condicionado fosse mais gelado, elas não entrassem no restaurante. Jantei 2 dias lá e gostei bastante da comida, as saladas são repetidas, mas os pratos quentes bem variados e gostosos, o valor era bom. No geral eu gostei e pretendo voltar em breve.
