Spacious, pleasantly decorated & totally renovated 2 Masters bedrooms @ Iate Plaza. Steps from the beach, nestled between the new Fish Market & the traditional Iate Club. Large living room w/ high-end kitchen appliances. 3 Smart TV's, Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth sound system for your enjoyment. Security net on all windows (installed in 2022) for the safety of our children. This is our second home, and we take pride in the upkeep of the place. Perfect for families. No Pets allowed. Very secure and safe.
